Palgongsan Mountain

Palgongsan Mountain

Palgongsan Mountain

Stretched over Jangsu-gun and Jinan-gun, its north-south ridge, especially when it is covered with snow, is breathtaking.
A clear day offers a beautiful landscape and each way to the ridge also has a way down allowing even first-time climbers to enjoy the hike. Hammiseong Fortress, which was built during the Late Baekjae Dynasty, is located on the ridge at an altitude of 800 m and Palseongsa Temple is located to the rear of Anyang Village, Jangsu-eup.
